Shopping is not a pleasant, or even a remotely enjoyable experience. Going into a crowded, brick-and-mortar retail location and then spending time and money to make a purchase is not my idea of fun, and I’d bet that I’m not alone on that one. Yet, shopping is an activity people do every day.

They continue to do this even as companies like Amazon and eBay exist. Your purchases can literally be sent to your front door. How could it be any easier than that? No crowded stores filled with loud, pushy and annoying customers, and you can look until you find the best price and do it all from the comfort of your couch. That is the way to do shopping, in my humble opinion.

However, as Tim hilariously points out in a clip posted on YouTube, you still have to do one thing after making that online purchase. You have to remember what you actually bought. But I guess, if you don’t, it would serve as a nice surprise from Amazon.

“You ever go to your front porch, and there’s an Amazon box?” Tim asked. “It’s got your name on it. You slowly realize you’ve ordered something for yourself, and you can’t remember what you ordered. It was like 16 hours ago. You’re all surprised.”

We’ve all been there at one time or another, and if you say that’s never happened to you, that is fine. However, just know that everyone else knows you’re not telling the truth.

Prom is a formal dance that every high school puts on for its students. They typically happen near the end of the school year, usually late April or early May. Everyone is familiar with the concept of the prom. Even if you didn’t go to your high school’s prom, if you’ve ever heard of high school, chances are good that you are well aware of prom.

Now, of course, the prom is an occasion when high school students pair off and attend the dance together. But before that happens, the young man must ask the young lady to the dance, which only makes logical sense, right? I mean, you can’t go together until that question is asked and the two parties agree to go to prom together.

Well, as you’ve probably noticed, it’s not enough to simply ask someone to prom. Now, simply asking someone to prom has become these big, elaborate productions otherwise known as “promposals.” A posted clip captured a promposal that did not go according to plan. Everything seemed perfect, but there was a very obvious and unfortunate error.

Following the conclusion of a high school baseball game, one of the players is standing on the field, posing for pictures with a young lady. As they do so, several other players sprint across the field, each with a different letter.

Then, when it’s time for the big reveal, the students aren't exactly in the correct position. Ideally, they would have spelled out the word “prom,” but that did not happen.

However, given how poor most people’s spelling and grammar are, as evidenced by posts on social media, the high school students’ prom typo isn’t too bad, comparatively.

Life is an adventure, an extended series of ups and downs. As most people already know, there are many twists, turns and detours. From day to day, we can never be quite sure what will happen. Will today bring about a reason to celebrate, or will it bring about heartache and pain?

Whatever the case may be, it’s best not to get too emotional. Don’t get too excited, and on the other hand, don’t get too down because moments are fleeting and temporary. Of course, celebrate and recognize those instances in life that bring about joy and happiness. There is often entirely too much pain and suffering in this life to ignore and let pass those moments that result in overwhelming happiness.

The video, of course, is applying a heavy dose of sarcasm.  Apparently, it’s making the point that no matter what happens, Nate remains calm and does not get too down or low, which, honestly, is the way to be when it comes to our emotions. None of us should really ever let our emotions and the moment control us, because they are temporary, here one second and gone the next.

Nate Bargatze points out how he needs to take this class again. The popular comedian often says he wasn't the best student in the world, but he specifically said he should retake this course. When it comes to school, everyone feels differently. Some people really enjoyed their scholastic journey, excelling in nearly every class they took. Others likely do not have such fond memories attached to the classroom. No matter what they did or how hard they studied, it never seemed to make much of a difference.

Whatever your experience with the classroom, odds are, no matter how well you might have done in school, there was a subject or two that gave you fits, never-ending headaches and nightmares. I can say, without a doubt, that math and I never seemed to get along. Every other class was a breeze, and I excelled in them by putting forth very little to no effort, but math was an entirely different story.

For Nate, it sounds as if one of the classes that tripped him up was speech. In a clip posted on YouTube, he said that even in college, he was still required to take a speech class, but unfortunately, those lessons didn't seem to stick. He gave some hilarious examples of how his speech still needs some work.

“I would ride there with my friend, going to a business class or something,” he said. “Whatever you go to. I was like, ‘Alright, I’m going. I’ll catch you after speech.’ And I still say a lot of words wrong. That’s what I don’t understand.”

Specifically, the way in which he pronounces “poem” and “oil” will have you cracking up and bursting into laughter.

Being a pastor is a big job that comes with some pretty significant, critical responsibilities. A church can sink or grow exponentially depending on this one hire. The pastor is entrusted with keeping the church functioning, tending to the needs of the congregation, which can include anything and everything, as well as delivering the sermons on Sunday mornings.

Arguably, the biggest component of a pastor’s job is dealing with people. A minister must be able to assist and navigate people's problems with great sensitivity and care. The pastor should be able to respond to requests that may be uncomfortable and put them in awkward situations. A pastor should give each congregant’s question or request, whatever it may be, the care and consideration it deserves. No one, including pastors, intentionally wants to hurt or upset anyone.

In a clip posted on YouTube, John, playing the pastor of a church, receives a request from someone in his congregation. It’s one that he never imagined that he would receive, and when he did hear it, he was clearly unprepared for it. He and the other church employee really had no idea how to proceed, making for a lot of laughs.

In the skit, John is the pastor of a church with a whole host of Bible studies. There is a singles’ Bible study, a women’s Bible study, and even one for people whose children have left home. “We’ve got them all,” a church employee says.

Well, as it turns out, that’s not exactly true.

One member of the church has requested that the church begin a Black Bible study. The look on John’s face when he hears this says it all. He has no idea how to respond, and the following conversation between him and the female church employee confirms it.

What would it look like if the Transportation Security Administration and airline companies were involved in the operation of school buses? That, we can all agree, is a truly frightening thought. Everyone loves vacation and getting away from the everyday struggles of real life for a few days. That is especially true if you’re vacationing in a tropical locale with a beach and plenty of sun. However, without a doubt, the worst part of vacation is traveling, getting from Point A to Point B. No one would or really even could argue otherwise.

Traveling is particularly horrible if your chosen mode of transportation is air travel. Our animosity toward air travel has nothing to do with actually flying; that is likely the best part of the entire experience. It’s just that everything leading up to actually getting up in the air is the worst. All the hoops travelers have to jump through for TSA and the airlines get more and more ridiculous by the day.

However, much like being at the airport and undergoing a TSA security check, the students are subjected to a ton of dumb questions and procedures – all in the name of safety, of course.

But once the students finally board the bus, things don’t get much better. In fact, one might argue that they actually get worse because that’s when the airlines take over.

Teaching, much like parenting, is not something for the weak or faint of heart. It’s a profession that is extremely important but also incredibly difficult. Within moments, you will be laughing and giggling to yourself. But then again, you, like many teachers, will find yourself wondering how and why a child would ever say such things. Like, what is the context in which this child made this statement, and was it in any way applicable to the situation?

It might not be a song you return to repeatedly, but then again, it might be one that you listen to periodically for a good laugh. No matter how many times you listen to this tune, it will have you cracking up every time.

Parenting is not an easy task. In fact, most people would argue, and rightly so, that raising a human being is one of the toughest things anyone can do. No children come with a set of instructions. Parenting is very much like a learn-as-you-go, trial-and-error type of situation. It’s all about taking each situation and circumstance as they come and handling it as best as possible. Well, one way parents try to get their youngsters to do something they want is to make a deal with their children. They will make an agreement with their little one, telling them that if they do this, this will happen. Of course, parents will always make a deal that favors them. But he did not take a couple of facts into consideration before agreeing to this deal. Several things happened, and now he is likely to end up not only with another dog but also with a bunny.

There’s nothing like being a parent. Every parent will agree that there is no experience like watching that child learn, grow and explore a whole new world. But there is more that happens after becoming a parent. After that little one makes their arrival into the world, everything instantly changes. Things that were important become much less so, and things you never imagined start becoming regular thoughts and fears now.

As every parent knows, these fears and worries do not really ever subside. Moms and Dads, regardless of their youngster’s age, will always want the best for them. They will always wonder whether they are safe and happy, wanting no harm to befall them. But, of course, with the world being the way it is, that is not really possible. However, that does little to keep a parent from worrying about their child.

“To this day, all she cares about is if I have eaten,” Tim said. “That’s all she cares about. ‘Have you eaten? Have you eaten, son? You look terrible. You look like a freak. You look terrible. You need to get something to eat.’”

No matter how much he may push back and try to convince her that he’s fine and has been eating plenty, nothing works. She continues to ask him whether he’s eating and tries to get him to eat more.

Mothers will be mothers, right?

Most comedians, and funny people in general, are incredibly intelligent individuals. That’s simply because putting together jokes and understanding what makes something funny and why requires a particular level of intelligence and knowledge. Comedians, in addition to understanding jokes, can also quickly pick up on oddities and peculiarities in society and then use humor to bring them to light.

Another thing comedians know well is people. Sure, a lot of them might be socially awkward, but they are all keen observers. They understand how most people think and what they expect in particular situations and circumstances.  They can then use those expectations against their audience, creating laughter and hilarity. Using an audience’s expectations against them is precisely what Jonnie did in a clip posted on YouTube.

In the video, as he so often does, Jonnie performs a song. Also, like he typically does, he performs a tune he’s written – an original. This one is about simpler times, slowing down and spending time with grandma.

Jonnie’s song sounds very much like something you would hear in a commercial that uses nostalgia to entice you to buy a product. It’s a sweet, pleasant-sounding tune about grandma, listening to her advice and the wisdom she shares.

However, things are not always what they seem.

You won’t believe the hilarious careers these kids think their parents have. The youngsters are more than a little wrong when asked what their parents do for work. Watch the short to hear what the children say their parents do for work and then what their moms and dads actually do.

Children are some of the most honest and straightforward people in the world. Seriously, if you want an opinion on any subject, ask a child; they will be more than happy to help. However, as you already know, what they say may not be what you want to hear. So, just be careful, your feelings and ego could be slightly damaged in the process.

Another truly funny thing about most children is how earnest and sincere they can be about something, especially when they have no idea what they are talking about. To be fair, this doesn’t just apply to children, and if you don’t believe me, look at social media. Those platforms are filled with people posting their misinformed and misguided thoughts about every subject imaginable.

However, it’s funny when children do it, and not nearly as sad and disappointing when it’s from full-grown adults. Their answers are absolutely hilarious on their own, but they're even better when their parents give the correct answer.

Most of the children are way, way off, but each one of them truly believes that they are right, and that’s what their mothers and fathers get paid to do. It has to be that they picked up on one or two things that were said about their parents’ jobs and have convinced themselves that’s what they do.

However, not all of the children in the video are entirely off base. Some of them do answer correctly. But for the majority, it’s clear they are completely clueless about their parents’ professions.

Being a mom of two is hilariously different from what she imagined. She had these ideas about what having two children would be like; the only problem was that they didn’t match reality. Children are a gift from the Lord above, and they should be treated as such. Being a parent is, without question, the greatest blessing anyone can receive on this earth. Sure, your life will change in every possible way after their arrival, but it will all be for the better. Rarely, if ever, do those visions sync up with reality.

The two children will get along fabulously, being kind and sharing everything with one another. That’s what she thought, or at least, hoped would happen when she became a mother of two. Instead, she is constantly being beckoned by her little ones. The older child wants nothing to do with the younger child. He wants to play in peace, but the younger child refuses to cooperate.

The most hilarious part of the entire clip is when the mother hears one of her children crying. As any responsible parent would, she immediately asks what happened. Hysterically, the older child gives her an honest and straightforward answer.

“I pushed her,” one of the children responds.

Shopping is easily, without question, one of the worst activities in the entire world. Sure, once that task is completed, you have groceries or other necessary household items. But a fair amount of money and time is invested and expended in the process, neither of which can ever be recovered.

I understand my feelings about shopping are mine, but there is no way that I’m the only person who feels this way. Now, if I and others feel this way about shopping, imagine how those who work retail must feel. Think about the insanity and stupidity they must encounter daily. The NBC sitcom “Superstore” paints a hilarious picture of what retail workers experience while on the job.

In a clip posted on YouTube, one young man has come up with a solution for handling customer questions and concerns. While it may appear that he handles each question the same, there is most certainly a method to his system. His answers are well-thought-out and intended to keep customers happy while also making his day at work more pleasant.

The video begins with a handful of customers approaching him to ask about particular products. Without fail, he has an answer for all of them, which seems to alleviate customers’ concerns.

Later in the clip, he’s asked about his answer by a fellow employee, and he explains why he answers the way he does.

“Yeah, I just do that so they stop bothering me as soon as possible,” he said. “It’s also kind of fun.”

He goes into further detail, mentioning why he refuses to say he knows nothing about the products they are asking about.

“Because that’s never enough,” he added. “They always have follow-up questions like, ‘Would anyone else know?’ and ‘Which one would you buy?’ and ‘How do you not know? You work here.’ All the usual nonsense.”

Mike Goodwin got injured, and his self-diagnosis was a little off. The popular comedian got hurt doing something that he’d been doing all his life. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear what Mike was doing when he suffered an injury and what he did next that didn’t help the situation.

Aging is something none of us can prevent. Despite what many beauty products and cosmetic procedures may promise, they do not stop or reverse aging. Time keeps marching forward, and you and I will keep getting older. Feel better about the aging process yet?

The stomach will not be as flat as it once was, and there will be a little less hair on top than before, and a whole host of other things will start to happen, like fading athleticism. But, as he explained, he wasn’t jumping or even running at the time of the injury. Instead, he was simply dribbling the ball when, he says, his “Achilles was like, ‘Alright man, I’m going to talk to you a little bit later.”

However, Mike mentioned that after sustaining the injury, he did what a lot of people do when they hurt themselves: he turned to the internet. He logged onto a popular medical website and, after a few minutes, came up with a diagnosis that was more than a little wrong.

“I went home and got on the computer, and went to WebMD,” he said. “By the time I’d finished, I had self-diagnosed myself with malaria. I had malaria in my leg.”

While they are downright hysterical, they would, without a doubt, get a lot of laughs; these statements should not be uttered at a funeral service. Mike Goodwin still remembers when he learned that he could make people laugh. The comedian recalled the exact moment that he discovered he had a gift for making others laugh and smile. Tim’s point is true. While technology allows us to do more than we previously imagined, it has made many of us reliant on it for even the most mundane, everyday activities.

Nate Bargatze went to Walmart for a hammock, and the laughs followed. The popular comedian visited the retail giant hoping to pick up one item, but things didn’t quite go as planned. Shopping is not any fun, a statement with which everyone who has ever visited a store will surely agree. There is nothing even remotely enjoyable about spending both time and money as you maneuver around rude and inconsiderate people to pick up the handful of items you’re looking to obtain. I know I’m not alone in feeling this way.

However, there are times when you just have to visit a store. For instance, we all need food to survive and so grocery shopping is a must. Also, it’s necessary to make a stop at either Target or Walmart when you’ve run out of an item that isn’t sold at the grocery store.  Sometimes this is a simple, easy process and other times it can be much more difficult depending on several factors.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Nate made a stop at Walmart, looking to buy one item, and only one thing. He wanted to pick up a hammock. But he hilariously soon realized that this was not going to be as easy as he initially thought.

“I was trying to buy a hammock,” he said. “So, I go in, I go back to where I imagine the hammocks live. I went up to this guy, and I was like, ‘Hey, man, do you guys sell hammocks?’”

The response he received from the person was not exactly encouraging.

“And he’s like, ‘What’s a hammock?’” Nate said. “And it threw me off enough that I was like, ‘Am I saying it wrong?’ ‘cause you know what it is. And I was like, ‘Is it hammot with a ‘T? Does that sound right?’”

A comedian revealed a statistic that may impact him and his marriage. The funnyman, Don McMillan, pointed out something that probably wasn’t all that surprising, but added that it very well could apply to him and his wife. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear the statistic that Don mentioned and how it might explain how his wife sees him.

Men and women are built differently, and anyone arguing otherwise is wrong. Not only does this apply physically, but men and women also think and act differently. Anyone who is married or has ever been on a date completely knows and understands that statement.

For instance, when it comes to what men and women find attractive, men are much more likely to be attracted to physical appearance, at least initially, than women. Sure, women appreciate someone they consider good-looking and pleasing to the eye, but they are much more likely to look past outward appearance than men. There’s no point in arguing otherwise, because it’s true and we all know it.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Don mentioned that he recently came across a survey that also pointed this out. It was a number that indicated how many women had given someone considered “ugly” a chance because they thought him to be funny.

Surprisingly, as Don revealed, a third of the women surveyed said they had done this before. Initially, he thought this was wonderful and showed how women were much less shallow than men. However, hilariously, after reading that number, Don then had an interesting thought and wondered whether his wife might be part of that 33 percent.

“So, I thought that was great until I thought, ‘Hold on, I’m married,’ he said. “You know what that really means? That means there’s a one in three chance my wife thinks I’m ugly.”

This baptism didn’t go as planned. Things went wrong quickly and did so in the most hilarious way possible. Watch the short but hysterical clip to see what went wrong with this baptism, and you’ll still be laughing long after the video ends.

Baptism is an important sacrament in churches. It’s important enough that even Jesus Christ Himself was baptized. Of course, baptism signifies that the old self has been washed away and has been made a new creation in Christ. No longer are they bound by their sin and shame. They have been forgiven and have chosen to follow Jesus Christ.

 It's an outward expression of what has already taken place in that individual’s heart and life. They are signaling their commitment to Christ, choosing to follow and obey Him, while at the same time forsaking their old ways and old life. It’s an act that is and should be celebrated and recognized.

However, despite its importance and the momentous change it signifies, baptism services are not always perfect. People, even when forgiven, are still not perfect. We still have our flaws and imperfections. A clip posted on YouTube hilariously proves this point.

In the video, a man and the pastor stand in the baptismal pool. Additionally, another man stands behind the two, almost as if preparing for the worst. Maybe they had the sense that disaster might strike and wanted to be prepared just in that event.

Things got off to a rough start as the pastor attempted to get the man to place his hands over his nose and mouth. Despite the pastor’s efforts, the man refused to cooperate, at least momentarily, causing several in the church to break out into laughter.

But things only got worse from there.

The pastor takes the man underwater, but instead of simply standing up, the man pops out, knocking the pastor down. The minister was literally pulled out of the water by the collar of his shirt.
