Our lives are really but one leg of a bigger relay race called the history of America. A young woman in the 1970´s running wild in society, drinking, smoking marijuana and partying with the wrong crowds lead to a disease that was very incurable at the time. She was at her death bed and if she was ever to recover from the disease she would never be able to have children. While she was in the Hospital a sister of hers told her about God and she found the void in her life and replaced doing drugs and drinking and hanging out with the wrong crowds with having a personal relationship with God. She has been healed from the disease and now is the very first female survivor of Good-Pastures Syndrome.
From her latest album "Gold", this is Britt Nicole singing "All This Time". The song is autobiographical, so when she sings "this is my story", it really is. I didn't realize until after I had created the video that the song is autobiographical, and I hesitated to upload it, since it's such a personal song and my presentation sort of depersonalizes it by broadening the scope. But I decided that many people could relate to it.
The beginning of the song is in reference to a time when Britt was a young girl and her parents were going through a divorce. She felt all alone, and that's when she discovered God. Just another Romans 8:28 example.

1 Corintios 15:33 nos dice, “No erréis; las malas conversaciones corrompen las buenas costumbres.” La Biblia está llena de advertencias acerca de la influencia que la gente “mala” puede tener sobre nosotros. Pasar tiempo con aquellos que se ocupan de actividades pecaminosas, va a causar que seamos tentados por aquellas actividades. El carácter de aquellos que nos rodean va a “pegarse” en nosotros. Por esa razón es tan importante rodearnos de otra gente que ama al Señor y está comprometida con El.
Trate de encontrar un amigo o dos, tal vez de su iglesia, alguien quien pueda ayudarlo y animarlo (Hebreos 3:13; 10:24). Pida a sus amigos que lo mantengan responsable con respecto a su tiempo a solas, sus actividades, y su caminar con Dios. Pregúnteles si usted puede hacer lo mismo por ellos.
